By accessing or using Textro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these conditions, you should not use the service.

Textro is a tool that supports technical writing and communication. It helps rewrite, improve, translate or adapt messages, but it does not replace human review, professional judgment or technical validation before sending.

You are responsible for the content you enter into Textro and for how you use generated output. Do not enter confidential information, sensitive data, credentials, API keys, third-party data without authorization or any illegal, discriminatory, abusive or rights-infringing content.

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, omissions or unsuitable wording. You must review the final text, confirm facts, validate technical information and ensure the message fits the context before using it.

To create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Textro may require email confirmation and may block or suspend access in case of misuse, fraud, abuse, attempts to bypass limits or violation of these terms.

Free usage and paid plans have generation limits and features as described on the plans page. Limits may be daily, plan-based or anti-abuse based, and may be adjusted to protect stability and sustainability of the service.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Plan changes, recurring billing, card updates, invoices, cancellations, upgrades and downgrades should be managed through checkout or the Stripe Customer Portal when available.

Textro may use third-party providers for AI, payments, email, hosting, analytics and security. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party failures, technical limits or events outside Textro reasonable control.

You must not try to access restricted areas, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive usage, resell the service without authorization, interfere with the application or use Textro for spam, fraud, social engineering or illegal activities.

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, plans, legal requirements or security needs. Continued use of Textro after changes means acceptance of the updated version.
